And a good summer to you....
What's up! Checking in for the summer...Psyence has been on a solid creative stretch. Many new exciting projects in the works including some new artist collabs. Psyence is busy putting the finishing touches on tracks with Bronx MC, T.R.P. Psyence has produced 4 tracks and is the Executive Producer for T.R.P.'s solo debut due this fall. Also, collabs continue with Atlanta-based MC, Gripp. Check out Gripp's website which is linked off of this site. He is a really talented MC with something to say. Free downloads and mixtapes are available so check him out! Also, a new project, which is in its infancy, features Providence-based MC Jack The Ripper. All I can say is this one is gonna be CRAZY!!!! The Mad Psyentist is on TV!!!!!
That's right! The Mad Psyentist has some instrumentals that will be airing on BET's new channel Centric. "Model City" , which is a reality show based in NYC, will be debuting on Thursday, February 18 at 8pm. The Mad Psyentist has 4 instrumental tracks that will be played throughout the series. Check your local listings for Centric. On Time Warner Cable in New York, it is channel 89. For Cablevision customers, it is channel 185. Stay tuned to this website, for further info as well. Here's to a great 2010!!! Many things in the works this year. Psyence is already under way in the lab cooking up new music with some new artists for this year. No not trying to be like Puffy or P Diddy or Sean Combs or whatever....there is another Mad Scientist that beat me to the punch and has issued a cease and desist order so that is the reason for the name change. MadSciProductions will remain in effect but now under Producer, The Mad Psyentist. PEACE!!! As always, stay tuned for new music....

Hard At Work
The Mad Scientist has been busy in the lab cooking up some new heat! Science has been working with several new artists with a possible MadSciProductions compilations in the works. "Instrumentals From Brooklyn", The Mad Scientist's first solo album, is also almost completed and still on track for an early summer release. A video for "The Grind" off of The Grand Amazin E Tripps' "The Original Article" is already shot and in the editing room. Stay tuned for a release of that within the next month. ALBUMS ARE FINALLY DONE!!!!
Both Kennedy's and E Tripps albums are finally done. Both albums have been mastered and sound fantastic!! Finishing up the artwork on both of them and hopefully should be available for purchase/download by the end of April.

It's been a while for an update so....
...The Mad Scientist has been hard at work finishing 2 full length albums for Rock Act, Kennedy and Bronx MC, ETripps. Kennedy's album will be going into mastering in 2 weeks and should be released as early as next month. E Tripps album should be completed by March. Science is also about halfway done an instrumental beats album which should be completed by early summer. Majest and The Mad Scientist are in the beginning stages of their follow up to last year's "How To Get To Heaven". If you haven't picked up your copy of that new classic, you can order through this website. Many things on the horizon for MadSciProductions in 08. PEACE!!!

Almost Complete...
E Tripps' debut album is almost complete! Finishing up the last couple of tracks and will be heading for mastering in the next month or two. The album should be completed by the end of the year. Kennedy's album should be finishing up by that time as well. I look forward to getting both of these albums done for all to hear! They are gonna be FIRE!!! Until then.....

Another New Album In The Works!
Stay tuned....Science has another one cooking. Currently in the studio with Kennedy. Kennedy has the pop sensibilities of Matthew Sweet meets The Smashing Pumpkins. The album is already under way and should be completed by the fall. As always, it will surely have that "Touch of The Scientist".
